One day, ShadowRemix was doing practice runs of Duke Nukem 3D while blindfolded. He successfully got through the first stage and, in this case, was trying to get a good strategy in place for getting passed the 2nd stage, Red Light District.

However, his repeated practice runs somehow made the game become increasingly unstable. Since ShadowRemix was blindfolded, he had no idea the game was becoming more and more corrupt until the game outright failed altogether. His reaction? Priceless. XD
