How to make it work?
Instructions:
Open "NPJH50465.ini" on the cheats folder via notepad (PPSSPP/Memstick/PSP/Cheats/NPJH50465.ini), copy the codes, paste and save.
If there is no "NPJH50465.ini" just create a new text doc. and rename the ext. to .ini.
Enable Cheats on PPSSPP, open the game and check the 60 fps code.
