This video was recorded during #amigaugust '24 contest, a one month intensive tournament organized by AmigaLive!

The game Predator was released also for Amstrad CPC (1987), Atari ST (1988), BBC Micro (1989), Commodore 64 (1988), Electron (1989) and ZX Spectrum (1988); these were almost all the same with the exception of the systems capability. The NES and MSX versions of the game differed and featured as a 2D side-scroller platformer.

I've read that the real ending of this game wasn't triggered until few years ago. This because everyone though that in the last level you just have to run to the end level avoiding the Predator and that's all.
But you can actually kill him, by squashing his body under a log, raised by a rope.
The big problem is both the rope to move and HOW you move it are almost misteries if you don't study the game :D
To pull the rope press DOWN + FIRE, several times.
The reward is an ending screen before the game over (if you simply finish the level walking away you get only a game over screen, some sort of hint there's something more to do..)

This video is part of the videogame endings database, whose goal is to catalogue and create the world's largest archive of videogame endings! (what an humble and not ambitious project :D)
