While using a Correlative Conjunction (e.g. not only...but also) we should take care of 'Parallelism' i.e. the same Part of Speech or Identical Clause Structure should come after both its parts.

When you're starting a sentence with such a conjunction (e.g. not only....but also) apply the 'Subject-Verb Inversion' rule.
