A low-level exception occurred in ImporterMPEG (Importer:8). If you're getting this error in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019, here's a quick fix.

This solution means you should be able to access your project and continue editing.

Please note: This is a 'quick fix' - not a permanent solution. You will notice a slow down in editing as it's no longer utilizing your graphics card.

Not sure how many people have this error - hopefully this helps!
