Primordius is one of the two bosses in ToT where you can't use atonement to heal for like 50% of the fight, the other is Dark Animus, but it is still possible to do it. What I do is get 5 stack right at the start like the dps , then when I can do full damage to the boss I just atonement heal like normal for 2 minutes. Then after my buff is gone I target a different ooze every 10 seconds to use Power Word: Solace to its full effect, then I just spam prayer of healing.
