11Is councilor Udina a security risk? Hello friends I am DragoNate and welcome back to more Mass Effect 3! Shepard has to go save the Council AGAIN which is a common thing in Mass Effect. Dallatrass, the Salarian councilor, has concerns about Udina and we must investigated the matter. Cerberus is up to no good on the Citadel and they have partially taken over. Why won't Cerberus just leave us alone?
Priority: The Citadel II begins when the Normandy approaches the Citadel but is not cleared for landing. Joker contacts someone inside the Citadel — Thane Krios, if he's alive and if you spoke to him prior to this mission, or Armando-Owen Bailey if otherwise — who explains the situation: Cerberus has attacked and partially taken over the station, particularly C-Sec Headquarters. Shepard deploys with a team to clear them out.

Fight smarter. Take advantage of new powers and combat moves. Shepard can now blind fire at enemies and build tougher melee attacks. Plus, when you fight as a team you can combine new biotic and tech powers to unleash devastating Power Combos.
Build the final force. Build a team from a variety of races and classes and combine their skills to overcome impossible odds. You'll be joined by newcomers like James Vega, a tough-as-nails soldier, as well as EDI, a trusted AI in a newly acquired physical form. Keep an eye out for beloved characters from your past, but beware. Some may not survive the final battle...
The story is the "epic conclusion" to the story started in Mass Effect and continued in Mass Effect 2, as well as the conclusion of Commander Shepard's story. The player's choices in the previous games were expected to have a much more significant impact on the plot than the choices in Mass Effect had on Mass Effect 2. As Mass Effect 3 is the end of the trilogy, the developers were not constrained by the necessity of allowing the story to diverge, yet also continue into the next chapter. This was to result in a story that diverges into wildly different conclusions based on the player's actions in the first two chapters.
Throughout Mass Effect 3, Commander Shepard will be bringing the civilizations of the galaxy together as allies to take back Earth and repel the Reaper invasion. The player's choices throughout not only Mass Effect 3, but the entire trilogy, will affect the fate of these civilizations and the endings the player can receive.
