In today's lesson we will be covering the following achievements in Prison Architect:

CONFINED - 100 Gamerscore
- Build a prison with 500 prisoners in Prisoner Architect mode

IRON BARS - 40 Gamerscore
- Build a prison with 250 prisoners in Prisoner Architect mode

STONE WALLS - 20 Gamerscore
- Build a prison with 100 prisoners in Prisoner Architect mode

This Achievement Guide is focused on obtaining CONFINED for building a prison to hold 500 prisoners. Naturally IRON BARS and STONE WALLS will unlock on the way to 500.

I have tested a few methods for obtaining this achievement and one that appears people have had some success with is to build a large holding cell and to keep in-taking prisoners until you reach 500.

I tested this method extensively and whilst it is achievable, it often fails due to riots and deaths. It can prove extremely hard to get 500 prisoners into the holding cell.

The method in this video would take longer for a single attempt but from my experience, it has never failed.

Start a new prison in Prison Architect mode, custom difficulty with unlimited funds and build a prison as explained in the video. Wait until you can in-take 300 prisoners and do it. Then make sure you keep at least 200 alive until you can in-take 300 again and the achievement will pop.
