Up until recently, the only types of cards that were legal in Prized were Masterpieces, From the Vault, and Ugin's Fate. With the release of Jace's Signature Spellbook, I'm announcing that all future Signature Spellbooks will be included in the format as well. As such, I'm showing off that fact by playing two decks that benefit from the singleton Brainstorm: Upheaval and Delver.

What cards are allowed?
“The card pool is comprised of basic lands and any version of cards from the masterpiece series and special selection sets such as the From the Vault series, Signature Spellbooks, and Ugin's Fate promos. The former currently includes Zendikar Expeditions, Kaladesh Masterpieces, and Amonkhet Invocations, as well as similar series in the future.”

Do I have to have the “Prized version” of the cards?
No! That’s why I clarify that players can use “any version” of a card. For example, you could use the Dark Ritual invocation from Hour of Devastation, or you could use one of the many other printings, from Alpha forward.
I want people to actually be able to afford to play this format.
That said, if you want to bling your deck out, go right ahead.

Is there a Banned List?
No, but there is a Restricted List. It’s what I call a dynamic list, where I don’t adjust it manually, at least not for now.
The rule for being on the Restricted List is that any card that is banned in Legacy and/or restricted in Vintage is restricted in this format. For example,
Vintage - Chalice of the Void, Lotus Petal
Legacy - Mind Twist
