Guys, I think I have come across something very eerie out of the 1970's.

It's a game called Empathy and it's one of the many fictional arcade games featured in the arcade management game called Arcade Paradise made by Nosebleed Interactive and published by Wired Productions which previously published the Rollcage-successor Grip. It is one of the games available as paid DLC for Arcade Paradise.

In the game, you make steps (as much as possible) as you climb on top of the black and white road made up of dashes and lines against a mountain also made up of dashes and lines. Along the making of the many steps you make, a cloud made up of random letters of the Computer Pixel-7 font shows up on either side which shoots out a circle made out of brackets towards you which stuns you for a while before you can make steps again. But hurry up, if you stop making steps, you'll fall to the bottom below and once your character also made up of letters of the same font touches the very bottom of the screen, it's game over.

You make steps by pressing left, then right, either with the D-Pad, the left stick or the bumpers or triggers. To avoid getting my fingers tired of rapidly pressing the bumpers which I press to do the steps, I enabled turbo mode on the bumpers via the Steam Controller Configuration.
