This problem is because some of the new Gen 5 TB501 Pros shipped with the wrong firmware and those who have received them will DEFINITELY have problems with them.
The firmware version that I definitely know to be an issue on the Gen 5 TB501 Pro is 56.56 However, if you bought your TB501 Pro on or after the 20th August 2025 form the Acasis website and you have a different firmware to 56.56, then I would recommend that you contact Acasis anyway and have them confirm that your firmware version is OK.

Direct them to support@acasis.com with their order details and firmware screenshots
We'll provide prepaid return labels (US customers) or full shipping reimbursement (international)
Replacement units will be tested before shipping
