Problems with my brand new PS5 - Doesn't start!

I'm not a tech guy. So I had a tech guy help me attempt to get my PS5 to start. Is this a sign from god to stick to retro games? So this video is about my broken PS5 if you have any suggestions please leave them below.

This is a list of things I have tried that people in the comments here have suggested. Besides the things already mentioned in the video. 🕹

- I tried resetting the controller. Putting the pin in the hole in the back. Didn't work. The controller isn't bad because it works on Safe Mode screen.
- I have tried resetting the console many times.
- I have tried many different cables. For both the controller and the console.
- I have tried the USB ports on the back of the system.
- I have tried turning on the system with the controller instead. Does not work.
- I have tried HOLDING the button down. Doesn't work.
- I have tried power cycling. The thing where you unplug everything and turn it off for 20 minutes. Didn't work.
- I bought a NEW controller from Target after I shot this video. It did not get me past that screen either.
- I tried updating the firmware on the controller with a PC. Did not work.
- I tried using a different monitor.
- I tried a USB-C to USB-C cable in the bottom port. Also did not work.
- I tried unplugging wifi from router. Didn't work.
- I tried using a ps4 controller. Didn't work.

Update: I called PlayStation. They told me I did everything I could possibly do. And they are sending me a box to return the system and get it repaired or replaced.
In the mean time, I still have this broken system. If you have any other suggestions I can try let me know below.

PS: To the people asking me why I would even buy this console at all and not the Xbox Series S. I'm going to get that as well. I buy all systems. I have an LJN Video Art and a Phillips CDi...
