6To get OCD in this level you need to beet it in 12 moves or less.
Start the level by grabbing one of the 2 Green Goos that is holding up the 2nd large Black Goo ball and place it on (do not attach to) any Green Goo that you have not detached. Then detach one of the Green Goos holding the top Large Black Goo (you only need 2 of the Large Black Goos so if you want you can remove 1 Green Goo from both the bottom and middle rows instead and just leave the top Large Black Goo hanging there).
Usually this will cause all 3 to break through the bottom 2 Green Goos. If they don't then take the Green Goo you're holding and throw it down into the top Large Black Goo until they break through.
With the 2nd Green Goo that you removed in hand, follow the Black Goo up until they reach the "Z" in the path. Drop the Green Goo somewhere in the "Z" then go grab the 1st Green Goo that you had removed and take it up to where the other one is. If you try to let the Green Goo flow with the Black Goo instead of taking it up there yourself then it will probably die before it makes it to the top.
Once you have both Green Goo in the "Z", put them at the end of the Red Goo chain so that the Green Goo move onto it. When one of them makes it to the other side of the wall, grab it, and attach it near the balloons on the right. Where exactly doesn't matter too much as long as it's right underneath the fire up above. Attach the 2nd Green Goo to the 1st one, then take 2 Red Goo and add them on top of the Green Goo so that they are only attached to each other and the 2 Green Goo.
Attach a balloon onto the Red Goo that is most directly underneath the fire and then remove both Green Goos so that the 2 Red Goos fly up with the balloon toward the fire. You'll probably have to get all of the other Red Goo out of the way first. Immediately as, or just before, one of the Red Goo catches fire, remove the balloon so that they fall down and ignite all of the others down below. If you do it exactly like me then you'll beat it in 11 moves.
