After 4 weeks I don't know what happened but my progress has vanished entirely, so we begin fresh, yet the game remembers my character distinctly as opposed to starting fresh, while my level completion and new game plus updates are gone, so we begin right from the beginning with all of the diamonds still to collect rather irritatingly. Can we do a full completion with completing all levels including level 9? This could be very difficult indeed, especially as we require 500 gold prior to visiting level 8 which may be impossible due to requiring to skip that level essentially.
