Although I spend the day talking about how I deleted appdata in a hidden folder in the user where a virus was originating from, it turns out the computer was currently being taxed by cryptolocker 3 taking over, while off the system now it did lead to some funny behavior and load times, possibly even the glitches which occur, or perhaps they could be natural game activity.
