I just decided to test HOW OP Project Bit Luigi was... heh. His attacks are weaker (with a few exceptions like his Up B) but they're meant to combo better, hence why he shoots so many fireballs. I think I gotta nerf him or buff Mario though.
On a side note I can also beat a team of 3 SMG4's with him, but it's harder.
