I kind of always wanted to test myself to see if I was able to make a forest + tiny village map after I've been able to admire CountryCide, so here we are!
I got the necessary push from a great and very detailed feedback I received on my megawad, where they suggested me to expand a cemetery map to have a forest and maybe a village part before entering the actual graveyard, so I started thinking how I could implement the stuff.
I'm releasing this as a standalone map to have immediate and more feedbacks, but this will most likely fill a new slot in my D.N.A., unless you all find it disgusting x)
I'm not directly implement it in the megawad also because it will take me a while to rearrange the scripting and the hub (I still don't know how to implement the 2 new runes I added in this map...).
(Speaking of scripts, do not worry about any scripting error, they're due to the library that I had to add from the megawad, but I didn't edit cause I'm lazy)
There's no story behind it, but I tried to imagine it as the Dante's Selva Oscura in the Divine Comedy, so basically this is the lost dark path that will lead you to hell.
The map features a lot of 3d floors and a decent amount of linedefs etc., with massive use of GZDoom stuff, like fog, slopes, dynamic lighting, so it can be quite havy.
