I've been really enjoying the driving in Project Cars, but I'm having a weird problem with random shifts any time I hit the throttle on my joypad (I don't have a wheel).

Any time I hit the gas it either upshifts (normally) or downshifts (when gearing is inverted) in both automatic and manual gears. For this video I set gearing to inverted because at least the car actually moves! I've shown my settings at the start and the issue should be fairly obvious as the video goes on.

I think it's a setting that's wrong, but I've searched around and can't find anything online. Advice or help would be appreciated!
