110The Dropbox link will include the patches for both F and F 2nd. Just find your version that you're using and put it in. If you have no other patches, you can save this file in the directory of your emulator as "patch.yml"
EDIT: RPCS3 now lets you download available patches from their site in the program. I recommend downloading patches directly within RPCS3 and enabling them through the menu.
AS A FULL DISCLAIMER: This 60 fps patch IS NOT PERFECT. 2D animations (menu stuff, mainly) and the Results screen 3D animations still run at double speed. This patch is released AS-IS since the PV animations play correctly, and that's what we mostly care about, right?

Note for Project DIVA F 1 players: I don't have a European nor Asian copy to play with, so if you're using either a European or Asian Disc or PSN version of Project DIVA F, please message me so I can add in those too.
To be honest... If I didn't do F 2nd already, I'd say this was impossible. Project DIVA F's executable is a fucking mess. I hate it, really. At least thanks to the precedent of doing this in F 2nd, I was able to find what eluded me in F easily once I gave up and tried guessing stupid stuff :P

Q: I am currently experience stuttering while playing the game. What is your configuration?
A: For every first time viewing a PV, it needs to recompile shaders. Personally I don't like it and was against forcing this to always be on. This causes stuttering or freezing when you view a PV the first time (sometimes first two times). Best advice is to watch a PV before trying to play the song.
Q: And stuttering in the audio?
A: In the CPU settings, tick the box that says "Enable thread scheduler." This removes *most* audio stutter.
Q: I don't see that option "Enable thread scheduler."
A: Update your RPCS3 emulator...
