OK, that was all a bit of a lie. But we do end up working on the Spire bit of The Penge Spire II and we are working against the clock as our tower dwellers get angry and threaten to leave due to the alleged lack of services (it's a bug!).

However, our plans don't work out as expected at the top of the Spire and there is also an unexpected twist at the end.
