They must have amnesia they forgot that I'm him!

Characters Fought:
Frankenroid (The Doctor/Skulper34)
This here's a loving recreation of one of the many bosses of Maplestory. Quite simple but I love how much effort they put into making it an authentic Maplestory experience, which I sadly don't think I'll be able to describe but if you've played it you know how boss monsters like this are like.

The Joker (Alexander Williams)
A bit too underwhelming, especially how the AI uses them. But this is a recreation of The Joker from one of his appearances in the NES Batman games from Sunsoft, which is pretty neat.

Alucard (Pulloff)
Speaking of neat, here's this incredibly SoTN Alucard. A little odd looking and janky but I think it's pretty cool. He even has "DAHK METAMOPHOSUS" which is more than I could ever ask for.

Casper (cesar sombra)
What can I say about this one? He's nigh-on impossible to parse and just feels like another dime-a-dozen low-effort template character. The only redeeming merit is that the sprites are most likely from some sort of Capser GBA game that makes me wonder if it uses the canon of that hilariously awful sequel to the Casper movie that had Kibosh and the ghost of Paulie Shore like multiple Casper games before and after it.

Mismagius (Pokemonboy7051)
Going back into the realm of "seems pretty alright" we have this. Its damage seems incredibly piddly but it's a very cool idea. I don't see MUGEN chars that just sorta fly around like that so I always appreciate seeing one.

Annie (Mugen Br)
Now this might feel like it's thinning the line between spooky and not spooky but your honor, League of Legends. Another thing this char is guilty of is leaving the readme to Pyro for a DCvM project in the folder, which is incriminating evidence for this being a spritewap. I dunno, maybe wait for the fighting game project that shares a working title to one of my usernames if you want your League FGC fix.

Cyberdemon (checho)
There are a couple iterations of Cyberdemon in MUGEN but this is the one that's supposed to be from Doom 64. I appreciate that the author states that it needs a lot of fixing, because I feel like it probably does. Matches against it just feel like a slog and it feels like whether or not it just depletes your health is up to chance. I'm pretty sure my brain felt like it shut off and just starting doing BBTag Tager things instinctively during the second half of the match. So I'm glad the author knows there's room for improvement.

Dracula (OHMSBY)
From one of the most promising new names in the MUGEN community comes a new boss character. There's honestly not much to say, this is a bona-fide A-plus Castlevania Dracula with pre-rendered sprites from his Smash Ultimate model it seems. I always love seeing a new MUGEN boss character and I also love when it turns out this great.

Haunted Merasmus (STG)
I can't tell if this is supposed to be another boss character or a dime-a-dozen cheap Touhou 15.5 recolor. There's like 3 moves this character has and of course they're all unblockable projectiles. There might be more but I can say the AI doesn't use more than these three moves for sure. Also they can just turn intangible whenever they feel like, which is always fun. I wish there was more to talk about because I was excited to talk about the age-old union of Touhou and TF2 but this character only has like 9 files in their folder and 2 of them are still called "kfm".
