This was one of the handful of mons that I poked a few months ago. And while I wasn't too impressed with the version that I fought back then, I had a conversation with the author in the comments about them and then not too long before this video was made some updated versions of their batch of MvC2 characters were released. And I'm happy to say they're a stark improvement to the ones I checked out before. Honestly having the AI not mindlessly mashing at all times makes all the difference.

Thankfully just as much as an improvement as their counterpart. I really like how these characters turned out.

Here's one that hasn't appeared on this channel yet. I initially picked Kirbey's Rhyhorn character for the type advantage and also to have a Pokemon on the player 1 side as well. But honestly pitting a character with the typical kaiju playstyle, one of the most sluggish playstyles, against a character with an MvC playstyle, one of the most agile playstyles, was a very interesting experiment. And honestly, having it be an even match despite my character's crippling weakness to being juggled is probably a telltale sign that each author did a good job designing their characters.

Similarly solid like the last few. Although it being the teeniest out of all these is a good time to bring up that each of these characters have very small hitboxes. Honestly I can't say for sure if that's a bad thing or not because a good character should have its unique boons, and having a low profile is a legitimate advantageous attribute. I'm gonna be real, I'm loving the fact that we're getting to see some serious glow-ups on this channel.
