So, this file had two main difficulties: Extending the BG if the screen was wide enough, and completely replacing the AFT with a simple mask & some FOV trickery to mostly match the original.
Simfile changes:
There's an ssc to load the lua file

Visual changes:
I centered the paper2, since it was just in the corner.

Mod changes:
Added tinyusesminicalc
scaled drawsize & notepathdrawsize

Internal changes:
Modified the mirin template to have fake players
The boxed notes now use the player's noteskin!
Replaced the AFT & masking hoopla with just two actors and one actorframe
- there's some funny rotation stuff in there.
- I've made use of RealFov.
Used ratios to scale zooms, positions & basezooms
xywh isn't a thing, but I do have xy & zoomto
Removed unused things from definemods
I had to use a zbias of 10 for the moon mask
Instead of forcing smoothlines value, I can use drawmodes
halgun becomes hideholdjudgments
modtimer becomes modtimersong
hidemines becomes stealthmines
hidden(0) is visible(true)
Incremented some columns
bumpyz becomes bumpy
Player.SetHiddenRegions becomes NoteField.AddHiddenRegions
Moved some tables outside so they're not defined every draw.
arrowpath becomes notepath
used metrics to try and center the players around the moon.
