Would you believe it? the seeded rand trips me up once again! It's not gonna be 1:1 without even more face-bashing. Oh well.
Visual changes:
The seeded rand isn't the same as it is in nITG????
- So, the subos won't really line up with the original :(

Mod changes:
Added tinyusesminicalc
Added consistent drawsize

Internal changes:
The template files should in theory work in both nITG and OutFox. In theory.
Did some scaling of zoom and position
I don't have x2 & y2, so I had to improvise.
Got away from gamestate usage for song beat
Made heavy usage of the Tweens namespace
Replaced the one use of swap with just flip, as it was acting weird
Split tiny into x & y
Gave the bitmap text an actual font
Added shadowlength to the bitmap texts
Used lots of rotafterzoom(false)
Instead of setting a judgment font, just use a custom JudgmentMessageCommand to overwrite the JudgmentMessageCommand the game sends
modtimer becomes modtimersong
Turned nITG AFT into SM5 AFT.
Used a draw loop to approximate 60fps behavior
