He's made tons of memorable simfiles over many years. You might also know him from that A Dance of Fire and Ice DLC, too.

I'm pretty sure this is a classics of StepMania file. Very simple in terms of what it does.
Internal changes:
Replaced score actors with ones made in lua (you can change USE_THEME to true if you trust your theme to be sensible)
Replaced the everything and mods reader with the actions system
Used ratios to scale position, zoom and bob.
Forced a consistent drawsize
Did some rotafterzoom and fardistz if you have it.
