1) Popping randomly smoke;

2) Not listening to the driver's call-outs;

3) Leaving the main gun when you're not on fire nor is the gun damaged;

Note: Because at the start of that video the Gunner asked me to put him on top of the rubbish pile when I was reviving another squad. Please do not put yourself on VP/OW Vantange Point or Overwatch in expoused places like that with no infantry in a Urban (City) scenario, he was on a lower ground with roughly his 3' and 6' clock (right and back) sides covered by the building and wall."
