Hello YouTube friends. Just wanted to let you all know that the WiseDrums livestream will be solely moving over to Twitch starting Thursday June 1st.

The reason being is that I want to experiment with affiliate status. Emotes,subs, bits. Want to see what I can do with it.

From the beginning, I’ve been using restream to multi stream to both Twitch and YouTube, however, if you are an affiliate, you cannot multi stream or use emotes or all the other benefits that come with affiliate status. At least, as far as I’m aware.

Now, since my whole stream is dedicated to music and DMCA is still very much a thing, I am at the mercy of Twitch’s guidelines so depending on how this experiment goes in terms of what’s allowed and what’s not, I may have to revert back to multistreaming or hell maybe just do YouTube. Who knows what the future holds. But we’re gonna give it a shot.

In any case, I still plan on exporting the entire stream to YouTube. And make highlights and shorts and all that, but if you want the full LIVE experience, please follow me on Twitch.
