Today we take on the Challenge of waking up from a coma in a hospital with no clothes or weapons and try to navigate out of a hospital infested with Zombies. This is an Easter Egg from Snake's mod (one of many easter eggs) where if you make a "Rick Grimes" character (aka Walking dead sheriff) with the occupation of Police Officer, your spawn point becomes the top floor of a hospital in the Military area (a unique map mod from Snake's Mod pack.....
