0They are honoring this woman and playing on the drama that men were yelling no more women. And I can say I'm one of those men that would yell no more women.
Because in two thousand eleven we had the same situation with an operator who was a woman that said she could do our job better than us with robotic welding. Real life.
And she made a baby with the President Or main manager of the corporation of over eight hundred employees on site.
Somehow they managed to get her through apprenticeship and into journeyman Status with five years experience and into the union and through the interview process all in two weeks.
Obviously, they'd broke the law and violated policies and bargaining agreements we all agreed to for the Union contract.
But we all didn't fight.
We didn't strike
we let the lady have a position and take cuts
in front of other people.
And they treated her like an illegal immigrant today and gave her the cash card.
But she was very stubborn, she complained.
She didn't want to listen and she felt she already knew everything and she also had that protection of management and union so we had our hands tied.
Part of the requirements of our position is you have to be able to carry at minimum A 6 foot ladder every 2 hours Because you have to reach something to change something of a consumable for part of the welding process of making cars.
This lady fell off the ladder... She also flooded and created unsafe environments for the other workers when she fell.
She A grown woman just would panic when she forgot to turn the valve off for the cooling water of welding servo guns on the robotic wrists of robots making cars.
She cried, I felt bad for her but then I said to myself don't look at her.
She wanted all of this.
She has to be dealt with the equality that this is what the job takes.
12 hrs a day not jus 8 anymore.
It's very stressful or it can be if you let it get to you.
I was told all my life by women and men ...
to get thicker skin.
Get rough or go home and go cry at home.
So that lady she went back to being an operator because she was delusional and mental.
She did not think logically of what it took for that job because she never stuck around for one break time or a lunch time,
to see what we really did...
because she always left the building and ate out somewhere.
People want the money but they don't want the risk.
People want the money they want the honors, but some people are pushed into position like this lady adrienne bennett... she was pushed into that position.
She admits that a man approached her to nominate her.
She admits it was never her goal and her thoughts were that he might be a drug dealer. Her thoughts were negative.
I did a background check on her.
Her son a k they say works with her with contracts with the state.
They do public jobs, but they don't have public information because their websites are down and any information on them they are very hard to track but I found them and I will say no more.
I don't trust her. I don't trust my local news for pushing this story. Because they show this lady with plaques on the wall and certificates.But there's no building registered publicly on google mapping. LOL. UH ROH.
It's just a story.
Why they pushed it? I don't know, but there is some shadiness all around the story.
Just like the french president's wife who maybe really a man who cannot prove she is not a man Previous to her entire life before thirty years of age ...not one picture is presented.
There is some really shady delusional people on this planet who can't go with logic and they expect everyone else to ignore logic.
