For zero stutter and enable DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 in this game, download DXVK async from here:
https://github.com/Sporif/dxvk-async/releases
Extract all 32 bit dlls in this directory:
SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/45720/pfx/drive_c/windows/system32/
Now create a dxvk.conf file in the same directory as the game executable, and add this lines:
dxvk.enableAsync = true
dxvk.numAsyncThreads = "insert here the cores of your CPU" (in my case 16 because I got a Ryzen 2700 or set 0 for Auto)
Or set the environment variable DXVK_ASYNC=1 in your bash_profile.
Tested with Proton Experimental; if you can't install WMP11 due to denied permissions, remove the entire 45720 compatdata folder and run protontricks command again.
