ADDENDUM: The US is finally getting the Vita version of Broken Sword 5 next week. It's been out in Europe for months.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1, the remake of the original RPG, is being localized for English territories by Idea Factory International. The game will be available sometime in 2014. Europe will receive the game digitally, while America will get a physical and digital release.

Clannad, the visual novel developed by Key, is getting a Vita release in Japan to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the series. It's releasing sometime in the summer.

Bandai Namco have said in July they plan to launch a large update for Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, which contains a level cap increase and over 30 hours of new content for free, along with weekly updates for May which add more content in smaller packages. No confirmation on whether the west will receive these patches yet.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate's localization appears to have been leaked thanks to the Australian Classification board rating the game. The game released in September of 2013 in Japan, being the most complete version of Warriors Orochi 3 available. Tecmo Koei has not commented as of yet.

Arcana Heart 3: Love MAX!!!!! is coming to Western shores thanks to the efforts of Aksys. The game is coming in the fall, with no specific date for Western releases. Japan gets the game on the 29th of May.

Firmware Update 3.15 released this week, however it merely contains a couple of remote play updates for the west. The biggest change is currently exclusive to the Vita TV, which gets remote play compatibility with the PS4.

Sega is porting another of their mobile titles to the Vita - Chain Chronicle, a IOS and Android RPG starring over 200 characters. The game will contain more content compared to it's mobile releases. The game is coming to Japanese Vitas this summer.

Two games were announced for the Vita at a special indie event at Sony - Axiom Verge, a sidescrolling RPG shooter, and Drifter, an open world sandbox space game. Axiom Verge is dated for early 2015, while Drifter does not have a date.
