PS2 Fortuna Project - Preventative Steps to Always Boot Correctly
163Today's tutorial is related to the Fortuna Project and how to make sure you don't accidentally mess up your memory card because of time stamp date issue when you save ulaunchelf settings.
When you create shortcuts with ulaunchelf, there is a possibility that doing so can change the time stamp of the FORTUNA folder and revert it to present day and time. This is not good, because when you boot the memory card, you will lose access to Fortuna Project working correctly.
The way to fix this is create (or download) the SYS-CONF folder and put the correct files inside it. When Ulaunchelf settings are created, it is saved into this folder, and not the FORTUNA folder.
You just saved yourself headaches, and life goes on. Enjoy!
