So yeah, I just bought the Essential Collection and this is my problem, I Need help! Anything you can say that might be able to fix it are quite welcome in my book, it's just connected to my Television, no DVD or VCR and just using the default cable it came with after purchase, i.e The Red, yellow and white connection cables to the back of my TV. It's stumping me myself what could be causing it, especially since I can see the original Playstation Logo, and not the game itself. As stated in the video this is what it says under my Version information.

I've tried just about everything. As stated it's not Modded and I'm not about to do anything to it that could screw it up. But I really need help; if anyone has had this problem before, please help me T__T
