This is my fully customized Ps3 slim console,it has a blue LED CPU temp reading meter installed on the top of casing,its installed not to move,so in meaning its just not sitting on the unit,its connected to a external 5V psu [power supply unit]via usb cable,i had to cut of the CPU gadgets original power adjustments and solder it to the usb cable after trimming both cable wires,it runs by rechargeable batteries via USB port,so if psu goes flat i recharge it by connecting it to my pc or even my ps3 usb slot,though the CPU cage uses very little power so it will last at least 12 monthes before going flat,i also have a ZOF mod internal fan manuel control to increase or decrease internal fan speed designed to eliminate yellow light of death and is controlled by a flat head screw driver from the side of the unit as you see me doing in the video to decrease internal heat temp as slims get so hot its not funny,stupid SONY dont know what they were thinking when they came up with this design for ps3 slim model,connected to the ZOF mod is a blue LED light which is installed at the front of unit so when you increase fan speed it gets brighter and when you decrease fan speed it decreases brightness,ON and OFF switch is also installed at the back of the unit,its that red switch you see where the power connects to,only the FAT model ps3's have this,again,dont know what SONY was thinking not putting this function with the slim models,i also have 6 small holes drilled on the top of the unit to allow more airflow through inside of the unit,i also have a blue LED internal fan but its not installed on this video which you see all the holes light up with a blue colour,Mortal kombat deception skin sticker on casing,my unit is currently running True Blue 3.55 custom firmware v2.3,Samsung 1TB external harddrive is connected to my unit with loads of fun stuff,latest multiman and apps,the xbox 360 in the video is my 2010 TRINITY model with RESET GLITCH HACK installed,similar to the JTAG hack,thats also runnin g a 1TB harddrive with loads of fun stuff and mortal kombat 9 2011 skin sticker,Ps3 unit runs excellent,with heat temps from 37-42 max,excellent gaming unit,i also have on the way a 4port usb hub,to increase my usb slots from 2 to 4 with a sd card reader slot aswel.thanks for checking this out.
