Hey everyone! In this video, I show you how to defeat colossus IX (Basaran) in the hard time attack mode for Shadow of the Colossus (PS3).

There is no special strategy for defeating Basaran in hard time attack mode. The most important part of this battle is quickly toppling Basaran. I had a bit of trouble doing that, thanks to Agro leaving me but it's not hard to get Basaran over the geyser.

Once it is toppled, climb it and then make your way towards the head and destroy the only weak point on its head. If you need to refill your stamina just run off the head to the neck/shell and run back to the head. It's hard to explain but you will have enough stamina just doing that.
