Hey everyone! In this video, I show you how to defeat colossus VII (Hydrus) in the hard time attack mode for Shadow of the Colossus (PS3).

The strategy for Hydrus is too take it out within 2 cycles. So for the first cycle, you will want to take out the first two electrical organs. You may be able to take out the third by Hydrus will likely submerge. When Hydrus submerges, it wastes about 60 - 90 seconds.

When you get back on Hydrus, take out the last electrical organ and then you can focus on the weak point. You should be able to take out but there is a chance it will submerge.

The timer for Hydrus to submerge begins when you first do damage to it.
