PS4 Controller won't connect to Iphone FIXED (Pairing Unsuccessful)
2If your PS4 controller isn’t connecting to your iphone, first make sure that the controller is turning on and has enough battery. There are some people that report having the problem fixed after charging the controller.
Also make sure that the controller is flashing and not blinking white. If it is blinking, then you are pressing the buttons wrong. A tip is to hold down the share button before holding down the PS button.
Another tip is at the connection. Some people say that they have a continuously loading icon. If a screen with "Pairing Unsuccessful. Make sure DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller is turned on, in range and is ready to pair". The solution to that is to first press on the controller on your phone, then to press the playstation button and the share button at the same time. So quickly tap on the controller here and then press the buttons.
If it’s not working you can try to forget the controller and try again.
If that doesn’t work, then with a sharp object like a sim ejection tool or a paperclip press and hold the button located here.
