Once you beat the final boss (30th floor/level), you will get the trophy. If you completed it within 1h 43m, you will get the "Successful Operation" trophy as well.

I quit the game before entering the arena and backed up my save before the boss, in case I died. You can see me loading up the game and starting up the DLC from a previously saved file.

The final boss is not difficult. His attacks are fairly easy to dodge. I find him easier than the first lady boss. You can also see the modules and upgrades I got along the way.
