PS4 vs PS4 pro | How big of a difference?

I noticed that the game Tera, has a fps counter that can be enabled in the settings, so I used this feature to benchmark the two systems.
The Pro is a 71xx model and boost mode is on.
Both were cleaned and repasted a day after each other about 1 month ago.

My conclusion:
PS4 can often drop below 60fps, Pro holds 60+ almost always in this particular game.
Both systems are quiet, Pro seems to be less high pitched. The jet plane memes are totally blown out of proportion and are exaggerating greatly. These 2 systems both live in somewhat confined spaces that the "experts" of reddit will tell you will lead to instant overheating and death, yet in my experience both stay quiet no matter the game. I've had the Pro for about 2 months and the PS4 slim for about 5 years.

Why does the PS4 pro load faster? Possible reasons (can be a combination of multiple):
-PC L200 is faster than the drive found in my PS4 slim.
-PS4 slim hdd is worn and has slowed due to wear.
-PS4 pro cpu can process data faster.
