This is a video on how to set up your Ps5 headset. When selecting chat audio it allows you to not hear the game sound in your ear but hear other users talking with a headset on. Once you do this you will be able to talk with other online users and hear them clearly. When you want to play quietly and not disturb others; You should select all audio so no sound come out of your TV but through your headset! Ps if you have the green screen on your tv. Then plug your ark cable into another hdmi port on your tv and then replug your ark cable back into its first hdmi port. Then the screen should return. That means there is a miscommunication between the tv and ps5! Nothing is wrong but you could alway replace the ark cable if it continues to keep happening.
