Its -20% HP hehe. I know for sure that Luster can get well under the 2 minute mark(which is technically 1:52 because her intro takes 8 seconds off the clock) even without the -20% HP. I lose at least 10-20 seconds from getting stunned twice here, but still no big deal. I need to keep Jellen up more as well. But in any case, I wanted to see how well the Hollow Point SS cancel did on it's own without even focusing on Step Guards. It's really strong and we can see that here.
