Plugin description:

ISOchange.prx is a plugin which allows switching ISO files. These can be used to switch ISOs on the fly without changing discs. It can also be used for games that use multiple discs.

I have demoed two version of the plugin. One is a version dated 2012-13, while another is a version dated 2008. To demonstrate, i used the Japanese retail version of Trails in the Sky SC [Sora no Kiseki SC] (first dual-UMD game according to IGN [https://www.ign.com/articles/2007/04/18/first-dual-umd-game-announced])

Usage tutorial:

First rename the ISO/CSO files that you intend to use with the plugin. For example:

[game]1.iso
[game]2.iso

For 2008 version, i recommend you rename the name of the plugin to something else, for example, isochangeprototype.prx, which for me, seems to bypass the 1st check of DJMax Portable Black Square (i use patched ISO to bypass seizure warning check). Now this time, when you see a confirmation, press note and L+R. Then select the ISO you're changing and then press circle button.

Test with LME/ARK-4 CFW 6.61:

M33/NP9660 - Wait for a few seconds and put the PSP into sleep mode and then back on to switch the ISOs (use M33 driver if using link disc via DJMAX 2).
Normal/OE_isofs - Switches it on the fly (works for most games but not especially DJMax 2 because AP triggers via UMD drive check)

Any other plugin - Does not work.
