PSP: Had the idea for a script that syncs saves with RetroArch/PPSSPP...
I'm kinda in a retro mood again these days, so I made use of LLMs again to help me creating something that eventually became a silly rsync script thing which I could have pulled off myself.
The idea is simple!
Once the PSP is connected to my computer and the script gets executed, I am asked for which direction to push and pull save data from.
PSP to Raspberry Pi or RPi to PSP.
On the Pi side, Syncthing handles file syncing between machines which support it, so I can continue playing on there or push current saves back to the PSP.
I want to fine tune the script for my own use in the next days but feel free to use the script for your own needs.
Remember that you need to have rsync and sshfs installed and to check for the correct paths before executing it.
I'm playing the first stage of Irregular Hunter X here, my save files went lost a while back again so I have to start over anyway.
At least with that script now, chances are, I have a constant backup.
