Todays major game update in terms of development is the addition is that I managed to figure out how to run the cinematic (although i can't seem to automatically disable the HUD yet, but i can with a button prompt) I also added a damage system yesterday which I will demonstrate after the intro scene.

This cinematic is rendered in realtime and as such which appear slightly differently each playthrough due in part to the random weather system I currently have on.

Whilst I think this is incredibly rough, I feel there is enough here to start talking about the game/experience I am making.
