Not quite the same as the top lane Karma build, but still pretty tanky and you can always throw in an Iceborn Gauntlet if you need some more armor or slows. This build was an enemy tilter, keeping people on the edge of death alive with shields is as good as Soraka heals, then once you get athene's you heal as well.
