It's basically Phantasy Star Offline 2, with personal room customization subbed for base editing, and Photon Arts turned up to 11. Bit of a tough sell for people already playing PSO2, but it's still a solid game in its own right and well worth an import.

Localization chances feel better than zero, but don't get your hopes up because SEGA.

The stuff I forgot:

- You get 3 hotbars that can be toggled in combat (default left/right on D-Pad). Items/Skills mapped to the hotbar are activated via the touchscreen.

- Therefore, PS Nova is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PS TV.

- There is ad-hoc, but no online play. There are currently no plans to implement online play in PS Nova, and apparently the devs said to go play PSO2 if you want an online Phantasy Star.
