This is Uac_fail: PSX-Edition MAP22, fresh out of the oven. It was a rather unexpected map, converted from my individual random maps. This was converted from a slaughter map called "Damned Dam", with Hell Revealed-style gameplay.

Conversion process itself was a quite painful one because the original map is a very vertical map, and getting things under 256 height limit was a very bothersome procedure. Annoying map to convert, but I quess it turned out to be something it was intended to, in this case: PSX DOOM MAP22 styled Hell map.
