3It's both inventive and infuriating and your impression will come largely from your patience for the jumping mechanics. Or rather, floating mechanics. It's fun, but it slows you down because literally everything you do stops you in midair, grinding movement to a halt. This is a good thing and it's the designed way to navigate the game, but it can really be annoying at times. Short attack range can be annoying, too, but you do get a lot of freedom with the hitboxes. The idea is really fun, though, and I'm hearing that there might be a new sequel to this game this spring. Yes, an over 25 year old game that no one really talks about.
