Two terms that should never go together are “pulled pork” and “ice cream”… but here we are.
This was one of those creations that made sense in my head but could have easily been a huge failure. Would the puff pastry hold its shape? Would the mac and cheese seep through the puff pastry? These were the questions we asked ourselves, but there was no better person than @OmnivorousAdam to help bring it all together.
His mac and cheese recipe was the greatest I’ve ever had and it was a blast cooking together. Let me know if you want the recipe to any of the components, I can throw it up on my story if so!
