The #737 is a very electrical aircraft. Multiple components are protected by a circuit breaker panel, two panels are located behind both the Captain (P18) and First Officer (P6).
If a circuit breaker trips there’s a white band which helps identify the popped breaker so it can easily be spotted by an engineer/flight crew.
In flight, reset of a tripped #circuitbreaker is not recommended unless the crew judge it needs to be reset in the interest of safety. On the ground, you call an engineer.
The Full motion Level D #simulator has working circuit breakers just like the real aircraft, in this example pulling the cross feed valve indicator CB (this is not on the NG) extinguishes the VALVE OPEN light.
